History of legal sources: the changing structure of law

Participants of the XXII Annual Forum of Young Legal Historians, which was organised at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade from 6 to 8 May 2016, devoted a great effort to the study of the history of legal sources. Under the title: “History of Legal Sources: The Changing Structure of Law”, they presented their research on various important legal sources in a historical perspective. Their contributions cover a wide scope of subjects and historical periods, from ancient law and Roman law up to the turbulent 20. Century.
